If any of our customers have concerns regarding the coronavirus outbreak, we can arrange a non contact property clearance.
To gain access to your property, we can arrange to collect the keys from a key safe, local estate agent/solicitor, neighbour, or they could be posted to us.
We will then complete the clearance inline with your instructions.
Upon completion of the clearance we will take a series of photographs showing the cleared property.
This will be attached to a confirmation email sent to you.
To settle the account: We will send you an email with the invoice attached.
When placing the booking we would ask that you make the payment by a bank transfer prior to the commencement of the clearance.
Alternatively, if you are in attendance, if you would rather leave the premises whilst we complete the clearance, this is not a problem.

We have developed a service that makes the whole process simple and straightforward.
If preferred, you do not need to be present when the clearance takes place. We understand that sometimes it's not possible to be there or you just don't want to be there.
Once you have agreed terms with ourselves, all you need to do is send the key to us by recorded post (in a padded envelope) we will then complete the clearance in line with your instructions. We will take a series of photographs of the cleared property and forward them to you by email. The keys will be returned to you the same way. For the settlement of the account, this service will require payment in advance of the clearance date usually by a bank transfer.
We could also collect the keys from a local third party.
